b) Standing in this position, raise one arm up and bring it over the head, laterally keeping the basin fixed, thus extending oblique muscles. Afterwards, return to starting position, and then repeat with the other arm moving it in the opposite direction.
When the muscles are relaxed, inhale through the nose, and when they are trained exhale through the mouth.
Make 30 movements in both directions.

a) Stand, arms bent at the waist, legs shoulder-width apart, back straight.
b) Start the exercise by bending the trunk forward and stretch one arm diagonally forward, keeping the other arm on the waist. From this position, move the extended arm to the side, making a semicircle, thus extending oblique muscles. Then return to starting position and repeat with the other arm.
When the muscles are relaxed, inhale through the nose, and when performing the exercises exhale through the mouth.
Make 20 moves in both directions.

Perfect waist!
a) Sit down on the mattress and lie aside, with one arm stretched out above, so as to form an angle of 90 degrees with the trunk and the other bent over the head. Keep the support leg straight and the other stretched forward, attached to the floor, so as to form an angle of 90 degrees.
b) From this position raise the torso up from the floor, taking it to the buttocks using the front arm, thus contracting the oblique muscles. After that, change position and practice with the other arm.
When the muscles are relaxed, inhale through the nose, and when they are moving out exhale through the mouth.
Make 30 moves in both directions.

a) Sit on the mat and lie down aside, leaning on your forearm, with the support leg outstretched and the other fixed diagonally. Extend the arm also diagonally, stretching in this way the oblique muscles.
b) From this position flex the leg forward, forming an angle of 90 degrees and move the arm back, contracting oblique muscles. After that, change position and practice with the other arm.
When the muscles are relaxed, inhale through the nose, and when they are moving out exhale through the mouth.
Make 40 moves in both directions.
