7 hair tricks that will really surprise you

But let’s be honest, it can be quite irritating sometimes. But with a few hair tricks, you can make your hair routine faster and easier while still getting the look you’re going for.

Read below some of the most curious hair tricks you need to know. And apply them!

1. Enhance highlights with citrus
You all know that lemon juice brightens highlights. However, the blend of lemon and orange juices delivers the most natural-looking results. Use this mix before going out in the sun.

2. Get rid of dandruff with ibuprofen
In order to ease an itchy and dry scalp, pound a few ibuprofen or other hard pills, and mix them with your shampoo. The rough particles work as an exfoliant to clear away the flakes from your scalp.

3. Repair your hair ends with gelatine
Dissolve a packet of clear gelatine in hot water. Massage the warm solution through your hair, leave it for 30 minutes, then rinse well.

4. Use flour
One of the best hair tricks for a dry shampoo is to use flour. Sprinkle flour on roots, let it for 10 seconds to sop up oil, then dust away with a makeup brush.

5. How to avoid fizzy hair
The fizzy hair tricks are quite simple: shampoo your hair the night before, remove any excess water, and apply a styling cream from roots to your hair ends. Comb your hair out, and make a tight bun at the back of your neck with an elastic. Go to sleep. When you wake up, take off the elastic. The hair at the top of your head will be totally smooth, and the rest will be curly.

6. Moisturize really dry hair
Wash your hair twice a week, and always follow with a moisturizing conditioner. Then, at least once every two weeks, use deep-conditioner. Apply the conditioner to wet hair with your fingers; use a shower cap, and leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse, and enjoy your shiny-looking hair.

7. Hair tricks for shiny hair
Rub a bit of shine serum between your hands, then glide your hairbrush over your palms. When you brush your hair, it will disperse the serum uniformly, so you won’t overdo it. The same technique can be applied when using the hair spray, too.
