Resistant back
1. Start the exercise lying on your belly. Keep your hands joined behind. Raise your torso up, and then down it. Raise your feet up and then lower them. Work back muscles.
2. Inhale when the muscles are relaxed and expire at their contraction. Perform the exercise 20 times.

Strong back
1. Start the exercise lying on your belly with hands in the face. Raise a hand and a leg asymmetrically at the same time.

2. Return down, and then raise the other hand and leg asymmetrically. Keep your head fixed to the spine. Work back muscles. Do not forget to breathe deeply. Repeat the movement 20 times.
