Step exercises â€“ you can use your the steps in your home or you can find a bench that is solid and will not move. Press your left foot into the step and push your body up until your left leg is straight. Alternate and do 10-12 reps on each side.
Wall sit â€“ slowly slide your back down a wall until the thighs are parallel to the ground. Keep the back straight. Wait for 60 seconds.
Other home workouts include lying face down with arms and legs extended. Simultaneously raise the arms and legs to form a small curve in the body. Stay still for 10 seconds. Then relax.
