Chicken breasts stuffed with spinach
Ingredients: 5 chicken breasts, 2 small chopped onions, 3 cups of spinach, olive oil, salt and black pepper.
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan; sautÃ© onion 5 minutes and then the spinach. Add salt and pepper. Leave aside.
2. The previously skinned chicken breasts fill with spinach mixture. Roll up and fix with toothpicks.
3. Place the chicken breasts in the same pan and cook through about 15 minutes.
4. Remove the toothpicks and serve.
