Reduce your intake of carbohydrates, and follow the five-meal rule throughout the day.
Blood type A (II)
If you want to lose weight, it is recommended to consume mainly vegetables and vegetable oils. Opt for a vegetarian diet. Avoid dairy products, meat, beans, and wheat.
Blood type B (III)
Consume eggs, liver, herbs, vegetables, green tea, and avoid wheat, buckwheat, maize, lentils, peanuts, seeds, and especially sesame seeds.
Blood type AB (IV)
The recommended foods if you want to lose weight and you have blood type AB, are dairy products, seafood, tofu cheese, vegetables, and pineapple. You should consume red meat in moderation.
