Vegan chicken is a good alternative to meat that has almost the same taste, texture and savour.
It usually has a poultry taste and can be made of a variety of substitutes, among them the most spread being soy. While soy constitutes the base for vegan chicken, it also includes such ingredients as diverse vegetables, herbs, spices, mushrooms and garlic which give a special flavour to this dish.
Vegan chicken being part of vegan diet is definitely better than meat. It has lots of healthy benefits, does not contain hormones and additives that are commonly found in meat. It also lowers the level of cholesterol and reduces the consumption of fats.
But vegan chicken has also another benefit. It is very easy and simple to cook! It is available in the same way as chicken: strips, nuggets and it is also ready minced. Vegan chicken can be cooked in a multitude of ways, fried, grilled and even baked to keep its juicy savoury.
You can easily substitute poultry and use instead vegan chicken in salads, hamburgers, pizzas and
