Potato salad with feta
Ingredients: Â½ kg potatoes, 300 gr cherry tomatoes, 50 gr olives, 1 cucumber, 150 gr feta cheese, 1 onion, lemon juice, parsley and basil, salt and pepper.
1. Boil the potatoes, cool them and peel. Cut the potatoes into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
2. Halve the tomatoes, cut the onion and cucumber. Then cut attentively feta cheese into small cubes.
3. Mix the vegetables with the sliced potatoes; add the olives, parsley and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
This salad can be served as an appetizer as well as the main dish.
