Its exotic flavours and taste that are completely different from the European and American ones, make a huge number of people adopt this cuisine. Chinese vegetarian recipes are usually for those who want to have a healthy fit body.

Despite the fact that many Chinese recipes are vegetarian, they have the same hearty and delicious taste as those with meat.

The main ingredients of Chinese vegetarian cuisine are: fried rice, wheat or rice noodles, and lots of veggies as spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, sprouts, eggplant, peppers, asparagus, beans and peas. Chinese vegetarian recipes also widely use diverse water plants and vegetarian cheeses, among them tofu being the most popular. Tofu with its creamy texture helps and gives the similar meat taste to many Chinese dishes.

For flavour and seasoning, Chinese vegetarian recipes use diverse spices and dressings: garlic, ginger, chillies, Chinese parsley and, of course, the popular soy and sesame sauce.

Chinese vegetarian recipes that are packed with spices and aromatic flavours are good choices for a family dinner as well as for any sophisticated party.
