Baked Honey Chicken with vegetable salad
Ingredients: 5 boneless chicken breasts, 1 cup honey, mustard, salt and pepper, paprika.
For the salad: 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, 1 red pepper, 1 onion, fresh dill, salt and olive oil.
1. Mix well the honey, mustard, salt and paprika in a small bowl. Grease thoroughly the chicken breasts and place them into the baking pan.
2. Place the chicken breasts into the previously preheated oven to 175 degrees.
3. Meanwhile make the salad: chop the onion, slice thinly tomatoes, cucumbers and pepper. Mix and season with salt.
3. Bake covered in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Then remove the cover and bake for 10 to 15 minutes more. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
Serve with salad and a glass of white wine! Bon appetite!
