Romantic Tortellini salad
Ingredients: 2 packages Tortellini, 3 chopped tomatoes, 1 chopped green pepper, 1 cup broccoli florets, 3 chopped gloves of garlic, olives, olive oil, salt, Parmesan cheese, red wine vinegar.
1. Boil the tortellini according to package directions. Chill and leave aside.
2. In a saucepan heat the olive oil and add garlic, cook for 1 minute and then add vinegar.
3. Add the prepared pasta, tomatoes, broccoli, bell pepper and olives and stir for 2-3 min.
4. Grate the cheese and toss well to coat. You may serve it immediately or cool and enjoy later.
Serve with a glass of red or white wine.
