Extending the back thigh
1. Start the exercise in orthostatic position with hands on waist. With one leg step forward and fix the position.
2. From this position perform a back semi-squat on one leg, leaving the other leg extended above, and then come back to the starting position.
3. Make 20 squats with one leg and then with the other.

Contracting buttocks
1. Start the exercise by sitting on the floor, leaning on hands, legs extended.
2. Raise the trunk from the ground leaning on hands and flexing the knees.
3. Rise above the basin forming an angle of 90 degrees between the thigh and calf, as well between the torso and arms. Contract the buttocks muscles and return to original position.
Do not forget to breathe through the nose when the muscles are relaxed and to exhale through the mouth when they are contracted.
Repeat this exercise 20 times.

Extending thigh
1. Start the exercise by leaning upon the knee of one leg and the sole of the other leg, forming between the thigh and calf being an angle of 90 degrees.
2. Flex your leg towards, extending inner and back thigh muscles, and then return to original position.
Repeat this exercise 20 times with one leg and 20 times the other.

Extending the back thigh
1. Start the exercise by leaning upon the knee of one leg and the sole of the other leg, making between the thigh and calf being an angle of 90 degrees.
2. Perform a full squat, reaching the sole with the buttock and extending thigh, and then come back to the starting position.
Repeat this exercise 20 times with one leg and 20 times with the other.
