Beef burgers with avocado
Ingredients: 5 hamburgers buns, 2 peeled and sliced avocados, 2 sliced tomatoes, 5 leaves of lettuce, 400 gram lean ground beef, salt and pepper.
1. In a large bowl, combine beef and salt. Mix gently and form into 5 hick patties.
2. Preheat grill to medium; oil grates. Cook burgers for 7 to 8 minutes for medium rare, turning once halfway through.
3. Place the lettuce, tomato, avocado and bacon between buns and serve hot.
