Mediterranean salad with cherry tomatoes and chicken
Ingredients: 2 grilled chicken breasts, 5 cherry tomatoes, lettuce, 3 hard boiled eggs, 2 chopped onions, salt, olive oil, 1 tbsp wine vinegar.
1. Cut into thin slices the grilled chicken breasts and lettuce. Halve cherry tomatoes and boiled eggs.
2. Mix all the ingredients into a bowl, adding the chopped onions. Whisk the oil along with vinegar and salt.
