Scrambled eggs with seasonal vegetables

Ingredients: 3 eggs, 2 cherry tomatoes, spinach or leek, cheese, salt.

1. Beat the eggs. Cut the spinach and stew it for about 5 min in a pan with a little olive oil.
2. Slice the tomatoes. Add the tomatoes, spinach, and grated cheese to the beaten eggs. Mix well and add salt.
3. Add the mixture to the previously preheated pan and stir for 1 min. mixing from time to time.
