Mashed cauliflower with garlic
Ingredients: 1 large head of cauliflower, 3 cloves of garlic, butter, salt and pepper.
1. Roast the garlic cloves rolled in aluminium foil in the oven for an hour.
2. Meanwhile boil the cauliflower in salted water for about 20 min.
3. In a food processor mix the cauliflower, then add the garlic, a little butter and salt and pepper.
Serve hot with fish or any type of meat.
