Stuffed peppers
Ingredients: 8 red bell peppers, 200 gr ground beef or lean pork, 1 cup cooked long grain rice, 3 carrots, 3 onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 cans tomato sauce, salt, fresh dill, ½ litre of water.

1. Cut the tops from peppers and discard them.
2. Chop the onions, garlic, and grate the carrots. Then add some oil in a pan and fry them slowly about 5-7 min.
3. Add the rice and ground beef, dill, tomato sauce, salt and mix very well. Then stuff the peppers with this mixture leaving about 2 centimetres empty from each top (not full because the rice will boil and increase in volume)
4. Arrange the peppers in a baking pan, pour some water into the dish and bake for about 30 min until the rice becomes tender.
