Vegetarian banana bread
Ingredients: 3 peeled ripe bananas, 1 cup of whole-grain flour, 1 tsp baking soda, ½ cup peanut butter, 1 cup of sugar, 1 beaten egg, salt, vanilla and cinnamon.

Directions:
1. Mash the bananas with a fork in a bowl. Add the peanut butter, sugar, beaten egg, salt, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix everything well and then add the flour with baking soda.
2. Preheat the oven to 180C. Prepare the pan and pour the batter slowly into it. Bake for about an hour.
3. Remove from the oven and let it cool. Decorate with fresh mint leaves and serve.
