Grilled Caprese Kebabs
Ingredients: 10 small tomatoes, 10 fresh mozzarella balls, 5 kebabs, 15 fresh basil leaves, olive oil, salt and black pepper, balsamic sauce.
1. Take the skewers and thread alternating tomatoes and mozzarella balls, basil leaves on each kebab. Sprinkle them with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a grill and place a sheet of tin foil directly on the grill, and place the kebabs on it.
3. Cook for about 2-3 minutes each side until the tomatoes get soft and slightly charred and the cheese is melting.
4. Serve the kebabs immediately sprinkling them with balsamic sauce.
